Flying Car Makes Journey Easy

Flying automobiles are not just science fiction any longer.

Woburn, Mass.-based Terrafugia Inc. said Monday that its prototype flying car has completed it’s initially flight, getting the provider closer to its objective of promoting the flying car within the subsequent year. The vehicle - dubbed the Transition - has two seats, four wheels and wings that fold up so it could be pushed like a auto. Final month, it flew at 1,400 ft for 8 minutes. Commercial jets fly at 35,000 ft.
Around one hundred people have currently put down a $10,000 deposit to get a Transition when they go on sale, and these quantities will likely rise right after Terrafugia introduces the Changeover to the public later on this week at the Big apple Automobile Show. But do not expect it to present up in also quite a few driveways. It is expected to expense $279,000.
And it will not help if you’re stuck in targeted traffic. The vehicle requires a runway.

  1. Ever wonder why most of the business people hire an air taxi charter rather than flying on a commercial plane? Of course they see a lot of advantages in it that is why they still prefer these private charters instead of getting a ticket. One of the main advantages of the private air charter is the convenience that you can get from these transportations.
