U.S. Warns North Korea on Nuclear Test

Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta warned North Korea on Tuesday not to perform a different nuclear test, stating it will make “greater instability inside a risky part of the planet.” In an information conference in Brazil in the course of a South American tour, Mr. Panetta mentioned he had no info that North Korea was planning for a test, whilst the South Korean federal government believes that is definitely the situation.
